January 27, 2023: Takoma Park, MD 20912 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the North Tampa Christian Academy Titans (Wesley Chapel, FL) and the host Takoma Academy Tigers (Takoma Park, MD), saw North Tampa Christian Academy's basketball squad hold off Takoma Academy by a count of 52-46.
With the victory, North Tampa Christian Academy upgrades its record to 19-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Chisholm Trail Academy (Keene, TX) to play the Blazers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Blazers come into the challenge with a record of 21-3. Chisholm Trail Academy won 38-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Westlake Academy (Westlake, TX)
Next up, the Tigers play the Lanham Christian Lions (Lanham, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 30. Takoma Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
