January 27, 2025: Alexandria, KY 41001 Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY), 70-34 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Bishop Brossart upgrades its record to 14-4 on the year. The Mustangs host St. Henry (Erlanger, KY) to face the Crusaders in a non-league match on Friday, January 31. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 8-10.
The Greyhounds now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Somerset for a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. Paris will face a Briar Jumpers squad coming off a 62-32 non-league loss to Adair County (Columbia, KY). The Briar Jumpers record now stands at 3-13.
