With the victory, McMullen County advances its record to 24-8 on the year. The Cowboys host San Isidro (San Isidro, TX) to meet the Tigers in a 1A Region IV District 32 match on Friday, January 31. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 9-15. San Isidro won 97-20 in their recent league match against Pawnee (Pawnee, TX)
The Lions now own a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bruni for a 1A Region IV District 32 match on Friday, January 31. Lasara will meet a Badgers squad coming off a 87-28 league loss to San Perlita (San Perlita, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 3-7.
