With the victory, Belfast advances its record to 9-6 on the year. The Lions host Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Friday, January 31. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 5-10. Lincoln Academy lost 54-47 in their recent league challenge against Leavitt (Turner, ME)

The Black Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-14 record after their 44-42 league loss to Maine Central Institute (Pittsfield, ME).
