West Virginia High School Basketball - Caldwell fells Wood County Christian
January 30, 2023: Williamstown, WV 26187 Caldwell Redskins (Caldwell, OH) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Wood County Christian Wildcat (Williamstown, WV), 53-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Caldwell upgrades its record to 5-14 on the season. The Redskins host Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV) to clash with the Blue Eagles in a Freelance bout on Thursday, February 2. The Blue Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-9. Magnolia won 66-41 in their recent non-league bout against Valley (Pine Grove, WV)
Next up, the Wildcat clash with the Valley LunberJacks (Pine Grove, WV) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 2. Wood County Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The LunberJacks go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 66-41 non-league loss to Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV).
