Nebraska High School Basketball - Lincoln North Star holds off Lincoln Southwest

The Lincoln North Star Navigators basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting Lincoln Southwest Silver Hawks to 63 in the Navigators non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Navigators now possess a 15-3 record. They play next when they host Lincoln Northeast for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. Lincoln North Star will confront a Rockets team coming off a 73-62 non-league win over Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE). The Rockets record now stands at 13-3.

With the loss, Lincoln Southwest falls to 10-7 on the campaign. The Silver hawks host Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE) to battle the Junior Jays in a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 4. The Junior Jays go into the contest with a record of 12-5. Creighton Prep lost 53-44 in their recent league contest against Millard North (Omaha, NE)
