The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Tandem Friends Badgers (Charlottesville, VA) and the visiting Quantico Warriors (Quantico, VA), observed Tandem Friends's basketball team overwhelm Quantico by a score of 61-28.

The Badgers (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against King Abdullah Academy (Herndon, VA). The Falcons come into the VISAA Division III challenge with a 6-14 record. In their last challenge, King Abdullah Academy trounced Wakefield Country Day (Flint Hill, VA), 73-43, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Randolph-Macon Academy Yellow Jackets (Front Royal, VA) in a Greater Piedmont challenge, on Friday, January 31. Quantico will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 55-32 non-league win over Veritas School (Richmond, VA).
