January 30, 2025: Republic, MO 65738 Republic Tigers (Republic, MO) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Central Bulldogs (Springfield, MO), 68-15 in a league match.
With the victory, Republic upgrades its record to 11-8 on the year. The Tigers travel to Glendale (Springfield, MO) to face the Falcons in a Central Ozarks match on Monday, February 3. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 9-11. Glendale lost 40-28 in their recent league match against Webb City (Webb City, MO)
The Bulldogs now sport a 0-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Joplin for a Central Ozarks match on Friday, January 31. Central will face a Eagles squad coming off a 78-15 league loss to Kickapoo (Springfield, MO). The Eagles record now stands at 4-6.
