Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) followers were in high spirits Friday as they saw their basketball team beat the host Serra Cavaliers (Gardena, CA), 65-50 in a league bout.

The Knights now possess a 13-13 record. They play next when they travel to St. Bernard for a Del Rey bout on Monday, February 3. Bishop Montgomery will play a Vikings team coming off a 67-60 league loss to St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy (Downey, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 18-9.
