January 31, 2025: Liberty, KY 42539 Garrard County Golden Lions (Lancaster, KY) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY), 76-25 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Garrard County advances its record to 10-7 on the year. The Golden Lions travel to Danville Christian Academy (Danville, KY) to face the Warriors in a District 45 match on Tuesday, February 4. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 19-2. Danville Christian Academy won 68-45 in their recent league match against Danville (Danville, KY)
The Rebels now own a 1-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson County for a non-league match on Saturday, February 1.
