The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Lowry Buckaroos (Winnemucca, NV) and the visiting Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV), observed Lowry's basketball team edge Churchill County by a score of 59-52.

The Buckaroos (7-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Fernley (Fernley, NV). The Vaqueros come into the 3A Northern - East challenge with a 16-6 record.

In their next game, the Greenwave encounter the Dayton Dust Devils (Dayton, NV) in a 3A Northern - East challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Churchill County will attempt to improve on its 12-11 season record.
