Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC), 103-65 in a league match.

With the victory, Ridge View advances its record to 14-7 on the year. The Blazers travel to Lugoff-Elgin (Lugoff, SC) to meet the Demons in a AAAAA Region 5 match on Tuesday, February 4. The Demons enter the match with a record of 13-9. Lugoff-Elgin lost 50-34 in their recent league match against Blythewood (Blythewood, SC)

The Vikings now own a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westwood for a AAAAA Region 5 match on Tuesday, February 4. Spring Valley will meet a Redhawks squad coming off a 53-50 league loss to Ridge View (Columbia, SC). The Redhawks record now stands at 15-5.
