Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC), 35-31 in a league match.

With the victory, Bluffton upgrades its record to 11-9 on the year. The Bobcats travel to Colleton County (Walterboro, SC) to face the Cougars in a AAAA Region 6 match on Tuesday, February 4. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 7-13. Colleton County lost 31-20 in their recent league match against Beaufort (Beaufort, SC)

The Seahawks now sport a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to May River for a AAAA Region 6 match on Tuesday, February 4. Hilton Head Island will face a Sharks squad coming off a 64-37 league loss to Bishop England (Charleston, SC). The Sharks record now stands at 8-7.
