The Wheatland-Grinnell Thunderhawks bounced the host Ness City Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 67-34 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Thunderhawks clash with the Logan/Palco (Logan, KS) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, February 4. Wheatland-Grinnell will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The come into the outing with a 3-10 record after their 33-27 league loss to Golden Plains (Rexford, KS).

The Eagles (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against LaCrosse (LaCrosse, KS). The Leopards come into the Central Prairie outing with a 8-5 record.
