Rowlett Eagles (Rowlett, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host North Garland Raiders (Garland, TX), 46-28 in a league match.

With the victory, Rowlett upgrades its record to 13-19 on the year. The Eagles host Sachse (Sachse, TX) to face the Mustangs in a 6A Region II District 9 match on Tuesday, February 4. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 28-5.

The Raiders now sport a 12-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garland for a 6A Region II District 9 match on Tuesday, February 4. North Garland will face a Owls squad coming off a 58-50 league loss to Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Owls record now stands at 11-17.
