February 2, 2024: Texarkana, TX 75501 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Sulphur Springs Wildcats (Sulphur Springs, TX) and the host Liberty-Eylau Leopards (Texarkana, TX), saw Sulphur Springs's basketball squad hold off Liberty-Eylau by a tally of 52-48.
With the victory, Sulphur Springs improves its record to 15-15 on the campaign. The Wildcats host North Lamar (Paris, TX) to confront the Panthers in a 4A Region II District 15 challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 9-16. North Lamar won 57-37 in their recent league challenge against Pittsburg (Pittsburg, TX)
