February 2, 2024: North Charleston, SC 29405 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Military Magnet Academy Eagles (North Charleston, SC) and the visiting Burke Bulldogs (Charleston, SC), saw Military Magnet Academy's basketball squad wallop Burke by a tally of 70-39.
With the victory, Military Magnet Academy improves its record to 17-6 on the campaign. The Eagles host St. John's (John's Island, SC) to confront the Islanders in a A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Islanders come into the challenge with a record of 10-9. St. John's won 50-17 in their recent league challenge against Lowcountry Leadership (Hollywood, SC)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Baptist Hill Bobcats (Hollywood, SC) in a A Region 8 challenge, on Saturday, February 3. Burke will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record.
