South Carolina High School Basketball - Greer overwhelms Eastside
February 3, 2023: Greer, SC 29651 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Greer Yellow Jackets (Greer, SC) and the visiting Eastside Eagles (Taylors, SC), saw Greer's basketball squad wallop Eastside by a tally of 67-45.
With the victory, Greer improves its record to 19-5 on the campaign. The Yellow Jackets travel to Riverside (Greer, SC) to confront the Warriors in a AAAA Region 2 challenge on Friday, February 10. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 12-12. Riverside won 65-63 in their recent league challenge against Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Laurens Raiders (Laurens, SC) in a AAAA Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, February 7. Eastside will attempt to improve on its 14-8 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 5-17 record after their 70-61 league loss to Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC).
