California High School Soccer - Valley Christian knocks off Village Christian
February 3, 2025: Sun Valley, CA 91352 Fans at Monday's league battle between the Valley Christian Defenders (Cerritos, CA) and the host Village Christian Crusaders (Sun Valley, CA), saw Valley Christian's soccer squad triumph over Village Christian by a score of 8-0.
The Defenders (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA). The Heralds enter the Olympic battle with a 9-5 record. In their last battle, Whittier Christian ran past Heritage Christian (Northridge, CA), 5-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Crusaders confront the Heritage Christian Warriors (Northridge, CA) in a Olympic battle, on Tuesday, February 4. Village Christian will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 6-8 record after their 2-1 league loss to Maranatha (Pasadena, CA).
