South Carolina High School Basketball - Wilson holds off Lower Richland
February 3, 2025: Hopkins, SC 29061 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Wilson Tigers basketball team scored a close 42-36 triumph over the Lower Richland Diamond Hornets.
The Tigers (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against South Florence (Florence, SC). The Bruins go into the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, South Florence was tipped by Lakewood (Sumter, SC), 35-29, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Diamond Hornets confront the Lakewood Gators (Sumter, SC) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. Lower Richland will attempt to better on its 1-4 season record. The Gators go into the contest with a 6-4 record after their 35-29 non-league win over South Florence (Florence, SC).
