The May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) basketball were winner over the visiting Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC), 57-48 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Sharks now possess a 14-4 record. They play next when they travel to Beaufort for a AAAA Region 6 bout on Friday, February 7. May River will play a Eagles team coming off a 57-55 league loss to Bishop England (Charleston, SC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-16.
