The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the North Eagles (North, SC) and the visiting Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans (Monetta, SC), observed North's basketball team knock off Ridge Spring-Monetta by a score of 61-45.

The Eagles (13-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Horse Creek Academy (Aiken, SC). The Stallions come into the A Region 3 challenge with a 3-13 record. In their last challenge, Horse Creek Academy prevailed over Wagener-Salley (Wagener, SC), 49-38, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Trojans encounter the Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Trojans (Neeses, SC) in a A Region 3 challenge, on Friday, February 7.
