The Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon Pirate basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Pahrump Valley Trojans to 52 in the Pirate league triumph on Monday.
The Pirate now sport a 9-12 record.
The Trojans (8-15) will now prepare for their contest against Boulder City (Boulder City, NV). The Eagles enter the 3A Southern - Mountain contest with a 18-4 record. In their last contest, Boulder City ran past Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas (Henderson, NV), 69-48, in a league contest.
