Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Shikellamy triumphant over Central Mountain

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Shikellamy Braves (Sunbury, PA) and the host Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA), observed Shikellamy's basketball team overwhelm Central Mountain by a score of 59-32.

The Braves (14-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA). The Defenders come into the non-league challenge with a 0-20 record. In their last challenge, Warrior Run was routed by Southern Columbia Area (Catawissa, PA), 53-25, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the DuBois Central Catholic Cardinals (DuBois, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 7. Central Mountain will attempt to improve on its 8-9 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 17-2 record after their 56-45 non-league loss to Otto-Eldred (Duke Center, PA).
