Ohio High School Basketball - Struthers can't hold off Poland Seminary
February 6, 2024: Poland, OH 44514 The Poland Seminary Bulldogs basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Struthers Wildcats to 37 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Canfield for a non-league contest on Friday, February 9. Poland Seminary will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 46-36 league win over Howland (Warren, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 14-4.
The Wildcats (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against East (Youngstown, OH). The enter the non-league contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, East nudged Chaney (Youngstown, OH), 54-44, in a league contest.
