Military Magnet Academy Eagles (North Charleston, SC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting St. John's Islanders (John's Island, SC), 93-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, Military Magnet Academy upgrades its record to 18-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Baptist Hill (Hollywood, SC) to play the Bobcats in a A Region 8 bout on Thursday, February 8. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 5-13. Baptist Hill lost 47-22 in their recent league bout against Burke (Charleston, SC)

Next up, the Islanders play the Cross Trojans (Cross, SC) in a A Region 8 bout, on Thursday, February 8. St. John's will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 14-4 record after their 68-14 league win over Charleston Math & Science (Charleston, SC).
