February 8, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87102 In Saturday's non-league test, the Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM) basketball squad got by the visiting Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM), by a score of 56-53.
Next, the Bulldogs encounter the Los Lunas Tigers (Los Lunas, NM) in a 5A District 5 test, on Friday, February 14. Albuquerque will attempt to improve on its 18-5 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 6-17 record after their 70-46 league loss to Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
The Cougars (15-7) will now prepare for their test against Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM). The Panthers come into the 5A District 1 test with a 7-15 record. In their last test, Piedra Vista was nipped by Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM), 98-45, in a league test.
