Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC), 72-63 in a league match.

With the victory, Rock Hill upgrades its record to 8-16 on the year.

The Copperheads now sport a 10-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clover for a AAAAA Region 3 match on Friday, February 14. Catawba Ridge will face a Blue Eagles squad coming off a 59-47 league win over Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC). The Blue Eagles record now stands at 16-9.
