The Houston Hilltoppers basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Ripley Tigers to 49 in the Hilltoppers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Hilltoppers now sport a 22-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Pontotoc for a non-league contest on Friday, February 16. Houston will battle a Cougars team coming off a 46-34 non-league win over Northeast Lauderdale (Meridian, MS). The Cougars record now stands at 21-5.
