February 13, 2023: Oxford, MI 48371 In Monday's non-league outing, the Oxford Wildcats (Oxford, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI), by a margin of 53-30.
The Wildcats (16-3) will now prepare for their outing against Athens (Troy, MI). The Red Hawks go into the Oakland - White outing with a 7-11 record. In their last outing, Athens was trounced by Berkley (Berkley, MI), 43-32, in a league outing.
The Eaglets now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they host Marian for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 21. St. Mary's Prep will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 50-35 non-league win over Bloomfield Hills (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-13.
