West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC) supporters left the game satisfied Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes (Summerville, SC), 58-49 in a league match.

With the victory, West Ashley advances its record to 15-10 on the year.

The Swamp Foxes now own a 18-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Island for a AAAAA Region 8 match on Friday, February 14. Ashley Ridge will face a Trojans squad coming off a 54-50 league loss to Ashley Ridge (Summerville, SC). The Trojans record now stands at 16-8.
