Wisconsin High School Basketball - Living Word Lutheran knocked off by Messmer

The Messmer Bishops basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Living Word Lutheran Timberwolves to 55 in the Bishops league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bishops now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mayville for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 18. Messmer will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 73-72 league win over Omro (Omro, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 12-11.

The Timberwolves (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against St. Francis (St. Francis, WI). The Mariners enter the Midwest Classic contest with a 6-14 record. In their last contest, St. Francis was defeated by Kenosha Christian Life (Kenosha, WI), 73-54, in a league contest.
