New York High School Basketball - Minisink Valley fells Chester
February 14, 2025: Chester, NY 10918 The Minisink Valley Warriors basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Chester Hambletonians to 40 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Friday.
The Warriors now possess a 2-16 record. They play next when they host Cornwall Central for a Section 9 Orange County II game on Tuesday, February 18. Minisink Valley will confront a Dragons team coming off a 58-27 non-league win over Liberty (Liberty, NY). The Dragons record now stands at 13-5.
With the loss, Chester falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Hambletonians host Chapel Field Christian (Pine Bush, NY) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Monday, February 24. The Lions go into the game with a record of 3-8.
