February 15, 2025: Youngsville, LA The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Southside Sharks (Youngsville, LA) and the visiting Loreauville Tigers (Loreauville, LA), saw Southside's baseball team gain a win over Loreauville by a tally of 13-0.
The Sharks (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Erath (Erath, LA). The Bobcats enter the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Erath prevailed over Catholic - N.I. (New Iberia, LA), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Tigers face the North Vermilion Patriots (Maurice, LA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, February 17. Loreauville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 11-1 non-league win over South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA).
