Louisiana High School Basketball - Bossier knocks off Evangel Christian Academy
February 15, 2025: Shreveport, LA 71129 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bossier Bearkats (Bossier City, LA) and the host Evangel Christian Academy Eagles (Shreveport, LA), observed Bossier's basketball team overcome Evangel Christian Academy by a margin of 50-41.
The Bearkats (19-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Red River (Coushatta, LA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 24-9 record. In their last challenge, Red River gained a win over Lakeside (Sibley, LA), 98-34, in a league bout.
With the loss, Evangel Christian Academy falls to 12-24 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to West Monroe (West Monroe, LA) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 22. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 14-15.
