Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA) and the host Yerington Lions (Yerington, NV), saw North Tahoe's basketball squad knock off Yerington by a tally of 39-27.

With the victory, North Tahoe improves its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Incline (Incline Village, NV) to play the Highlanders in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 17. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a record of 19-5. Incline won 56-21 in their recent league challenge against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV)
