The Daniel Lions topped the visiting Chester Cyclones basketball team by a final score of 61-46 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Lions face the Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 20. Daniel will attempt to move on its 21-7 season record. The Hurricanes enter the game with a 21-7 record after their 66-50 non-league win over Union County (Union, SC).

With the defeat, Chester moves to 13-5 on the year.
