February 17, 2025: Kalamazoo, MI 49008 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Hackett Catholic Prep Fighting Irish (Kalamazoo, MI) and the visiting South Haven Rams (South Haven, MI), observed Hackett Catholic Prep's basketball team overwhelm South Haven by a score of 71-48.
The Fighting Irish (16-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Gobles (Gobles, MI). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 11-7 record. In their last challenge, Gobles was routed by Galesburg-Augusta (Galesburg, MI), 71-39, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Rams battle the Brandywine Bobcats (Niles, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 19. South Haven will attempt to improve on its 13-5 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 18-0 record after their 70-38 non-league win over Gull Lake (Richland, MI).
