North Providence Cougars (North Providence, RI) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Central Knights (Providence, RI), 52-34 in a non-league match.

With the victory, North Providence upgrades its record to 14-7 on the year. The Cougars travel to Prout (Wakefield, RI) to face the Crusaders in a non-league match on Saturday, February 22. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 18-3. Prout won 47-26 in their recent league match against Central Falls/Blackstone Valley Prep (Central Falls, RI)
