Michigan High School Basketball - Grosse Pointe South overwhelms Ford
February 20, 2025: Grosse Pointe, MI 48236 The Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting Ford Trojans to 33 in the Blue Devils non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Blue Devils now have a 8-14 record. They play next when they host East English Village Prep for a non-league game on Monday, February 24. Grosse Pointe South will confront a team coming off a 55-48 non-league win over Ecorse (Ecorse, MI). The record now stands at 10-10.
With the loss, Ford falls to 6-14 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Lincoln-King Academy (Detroit, MI) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, February 24. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 12-11. Lincoln-King Academy lost 68-43 in their recent non-league game against St. Francis de Sales (Toledo, OH)
