Liberty Redhawks (Frisco, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Mt. Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, TX), 41-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 26-10 on the season. The Redhawks travel to McKinney North (McKinney, TX) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 25. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 30-6. McKinney North won 49-46 in their recent non-league bout against Memorial (Frisco, TX)
