The Canyon Cowboys softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Kennedy Cougars to 0 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Canyon improves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Cowboys host Burroughs (Burbank, CA) to clash with the Bears in a non-league game on Saturday, February 24. The Bears come into the game with a record of 4-2. Burroughs won 4-2 in their recent non-league game against La Canada (La Canada, CA)
