The Union City Indians basketball squad (Union City, IN), was crushed 57-34 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN)

With the victory, Monroe Central advances its record to 14-6 on the year. The Golden Bears travel to Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN) to meet the Rebels in a Mid-Eastern battle on Friday, February 28. The Rebels enter the battle with a record of 5-15.

The Indians now own a 4-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Randolph Southern for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 5.
