California High School Softball - Sierra bounces Riverbank
February 26, 2024: Riverbank, CA 95367 The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA) and the host Riverbank Bruins (Riverbank, CA), saw Sierra's softball squad achieve victory over Riverbank by a count of 30-3.
The Timberwolves now sport a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host West for a non-league match on Thursday, February 29. Sierra will face a Wolfpack squad coming off a 19-6 non-league loss to Mountain House (Mountain House, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Riverbank falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Orestimba (Newman, CA) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Friday, March 1. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 2-1. Orestimba won 10-1 in their recent non-league match against Golden Valley (Merced, CA)
