Socastee Braves (Myrtle Beach, SC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC), 19-7 in a non-league test.

The Braves now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Myrtle Beach for a non-league test on Thursday, February 29. Socastee will face a Seahawks squad coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to South Brunswick (Southport, NC). The Seahawks record now stands at 0-4.

In their next game, the Chiefs face the St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 29. North Myrtle Beach will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Sharks come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC).
