North Carolina High School Basketball - Carolina International holds off Mountain Heritage

February 28, 2025: Burnsville, NC 28714

The Carolina International Comets basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Mountain Heritage Cougars to 56 in the Comets non-league triumph on Friday.

The Comets now possess a 22-8 record. They play next when they travel to Corvian Community for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 4. Carolina International will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 72-53 non-league win over College Prep & Leadership Academy (Jamestown, NC). The Cardinals record now stands at 21-7.

With the loss, Mountain Heritage falls to 23-3 on the campaign.
