In Friday's non-league test, the Midlothian Heritage Jaguars (Midlothian, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the host Waxahachie Indians (Waxahachie, TX), by a tally of 13-4.

Next, the Jaguars clash with the Martin Warriors (Arlington, TX) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 1. Midlothian Heritage will attempt to advance on its 9-6 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 3-4 record after their 6-6 non-league Midlothian (Midlothian, TX).
