Washington High School Basketball - Wapato knocked off by Nooksack Valley
March 1, 2024: Wapato, WA 98951 The Nooksack Valley Pioneers basketball team scored 66 points and held the host Wapato Wolves to 56 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Pioneers now sport a 21-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lynden Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 2. Nooksack Valley will battle a Lyncs team coming off a 43-42 non-league win over Deer Park (Deer Park, WA). The Lyncs record now stands at 16-5.
The Wolves (16-3) will now prepare for their contest against Deer Park (Deer Park, WA). The Stags enter the non-league contest with a 22-1 record. In their last contest, Deer Park was defeated by Lynden Christian (Lynden, WA), 43-42, in a non-league contest.
