Fallston Cougars (Fallston, MD) supporters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD), 35-34 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Fallston advances its record to 17-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Parkside (Salisbury, MD) to face the Rams in a non-league match on Friday, March 7. The Rams enter the match with a record of 19-3. Parkside won 41-40 in their recent non-league match against Queen Anne's County (Centreville, MD)
