March 6, 2025: Texarkana, TX 75503 The Texas Tigers (Texarkana, TX) baseball trounced the visiting Tyler Lions (Tyler, TX), 10-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hallsville for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 11. Texas will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 8-5 non-league loss to Liberty-Eylau (Texarkana, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 9-5.
With the defeat, Tyler drops to 4-10 on the year. The Lions host Winona (Winona, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Winona lost 23-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Carlisle (Price, TX)
